All Singer taps are available on GitHub.
# Easy field selection with Singer Discover
Have you played with Singer Discover? It’s a utility built by Singer community member Chris Goddard to let users edit Singer-spec schemas in the command line. It takes a Singer-spec JSON catalog file as input and lets you select which streams and fields to include, then updates the catalog file. Fields with “automatic” inclusion are included … automatically.
# Shoutout to the community
The Singer Slack community now boasts nearly 1,300 developers and data engineers. Click the Channels link in Slack for a list of all channels, and subscribe to the ones you’re interested in.
# How to contribute to Singer
Want to build a new tap, get a tap added to the site, see what’s on the roadmap, or make our documentation better? Here’s the information you need.
If you’re working on a tap or target, or want to request we build one, ping @brian in the Singer Slack community.
Singer is sponsored by Stitch, a fully managed data pipeline. With Stitch you can run Singer taps on your schedule, stream the data to your warehouse, and enjoy automated monitoring and alerting.
